Designing a Door Hanger

Designing a Door Hanger
Start by creating a rounded rectangle with the settings shown.
Enable subtract from shape area from the top bar.
Create a small circle over the rounded rectangle. This will create a hole in the hanger.
Let subtract from shape area be enabled at the top bar and using pen tool draw the additional shape as shown.
Apply following layer style.
Insert an image above the shape layer. Press Ctrl+Alt+G to make clipping mask with the shape layer.
Create a rectangle on lower half of the door hanger.
Similarly Press Ctrl+Alt+G to make clipping mask.
Add company name and other details using a nice font.

Blood Dripping Text Effect

Create a blood dripping text effect
Start by typing your text.
Press Q and enable quick mask.
From filter menu apply distort>>glass.
Apply settings as shown.
Press Q and disable quick mask. Hide the text layer.
Create a new layer and fill the selection with red color.
From filter menu select liquify.
Select forward warp tool.
Drag the bottom portion of the text downwards to create the dripping effect of the blood.
Apply bevel&emboss layer style using following settings.

Drawing Fred Flintstone

Drawing Fred Flintstone
Start by drawing hair using pen tool.
Using skin color draw face shape.
Apply stroke using settings shown.
Use a darker skin color and create the chin area.
Create a non uniform circular shape nose.
Draw ellipse using elliptical shape tool for the eye.
Add a small black ellipse for the eye lid.
Duplicate to create the other eye.
Use a 2 pixel brush and draw ellipse as shown.
In a new layer draw collars and torn tie and hang at neck area.
Using pen tool draw the shirt. Fill it with orange color.
Add some random dots on the shirt using elliptical shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select distort. Stretch the nodes to the dot shapes.
Create an arm and leg using pen tool. Fill with skin color.
Create a new layer on top of all layers. Using pen tool draw outlines of the character fill with black color.
Move the layer below all layers.
Apply a nice gradient to the background.
